I have been denying countless times not to work as a security guard at Freddy's Pizzeria, but Moms doesn't seem to get the hint. I gave up on her quiet sometime, but she doesn't seem to want to stop talking. I just need some God damn peace for once in my life! Even holidays don't work out for me...

Sitting at the table, Lucy falls over landing on her behind. Rolling my eyes, I continue to stare off in the distance. If any other teen my age so me, I'd be screwed. I know better than to whine about how this place is for kids and I shouldn't be here, so I stay in one place and won't budge.
"Stop being a bump on a log, Peter," My mother complains, "You used to love pizzerias like this place!"
The golden bear stares at me with his big animontronic eyes, giving me the creeps. How can kids even like it hear, it feels like a bad horror movie...

I try to keep my breaths calm and quiet so he won't find me. I find a new hiding place every time report cards come in, this time behind the washing machine. I'm half way surprised I squeezed my way through. Though the washing machine shakes each time the clothes tumble inside, causing my lungs to be as if they feel collapsed. Β I hated the fact schools gave out report cards, I mean, the worse case scenario is that kids will be grounded for getting a 'D' or worse 'F'. I envy those pathetic kids, because they have no idea what the word 'punishment' even means! My dad's foot steps thunder on the stairs as he tries to look for me. The foot steps get quieter and quieter, fading away from me. My back still stings from a week ago when I got a 'F' in a history test. The most useless subject and I STILL get punished? I know I'm more mature than most kids, but I think I'm more mature than some adults.
