ah oh ya sorry I am doing my dumb american thing XD ya they probably call it something different but I have no clue what either but yes that is the stuff I use. I get 3/16" thick foamboard so approx 1/2 a cm thick.

I think I found it out
Asked some guy who makes Warhammer locations and he told me that I could use the same material to make a lightweight sword
and he gave me the name on a handcraft store nearby.
Will visit it today and look at it ^^

is it easy to find or do you have to go somewhere special to find it?

your talking about the foam for the swords right? if so thats foamboard and ita really easy to find at any craft store and even the dollar store

if its the foam for like the belts then its craft foam which is also found at any craft store and joann even has 3' by 6' rolls of it

so both are easy to find and easy to work with

Now it will be easier to make a safe weapon for the future cons
They have made some weird rules that weapons ain´t leagal at cons in the capital city, but it´s nice to have some safe props for stage/skit contests just in case
