Question!

So the lugia and ho-oh thunderbirds can breed with any species no matter what it is without the use of a cross species potion (unless you want a hybrid). It just has to be that creature's season.
However, since the bird season is coming up, that means it is their season. Does this mean that they can breed with ANY pet, or can they only be bred with other birds due to the "anchor" species being birds (so they would be the "anchor" to the season, so to speak)

Oh I thought it was a 50/50 chance of getting one species over the other and instincts guaranteed the species. Did the rule get changed? May need to wait until August for my breeding if this is the case.
