I think it's a sign that I feel wronged in all this, but I don't know the whole story so it's really not fair of me to feel that way
I've had a certain mindset towards this specific guy for pretty much as long as I can remember and I'm kind of afraid of what a change in that mindset would bring...

I think Spanish and Italian are closer than Spanish and French but I dunno xD
Also Romanian is like derived from French
It's like the only Romance langauge in Eastern Europe : o

There are other languages besides English and Spanish you realize xD

Season 3 ends with Spain protecting Romano from Ottoman Empire because in spite of him being sensuously misleading to the eye his Spanish espada and his pet bull are awesome haha

I dunno orz There are a lot though
But if you skip most of the filler arcs you cut down a lot. The only one worth seeing is the Lost Zanpaku-to arc but that's not until late into the show so don't worry about it xD
And yeah there are a lot of neat characters in it... and some not so neat ones -.- My favorite will always be Renji, though. He's probably one of the deepest of all the characters and he's fun to laugh at sometimes xD Plus I think Kubo draws him the hottest of everyone haha
