ohh i could 0': tho its pretty simple to get that effect,, if you have a background image in the CSS you just gotta add this:
background-size:cover;
background-attachment: fixed; <--- this is what does the trickhmm you got the profile menu right? if you go to the CSS and look for .circle,, and replace background-size:300px 300px; with the code above it would get the same effect 0:
