I can tell you a little about them. I just wish I could find the conversation bawls and i had about them
basically he had a character who's name I think was Commander Thadeus (Or something similar to that). He ran the missile defense silos for the echidna base. we also worked out two echidnas under Thadeus' command i can't remember their names, but their nicknames were 'Lock' and 'Load'. They were brother/sister or husband/wife (We hadn't clear that up at that stage), and they could link together. One would plug their bionic hands into the computer systems and join a bionic dreadlock with the others bionic dreadlock, becoming one entity who could compute all the firing solutions for the missiles and anti-aircraft guns while Thadeus issued orders

Then there was his small time character Gewn-Ka lizardman22.deviantart.com/art… She was zanthe's (Arty's character) AI secretary until June-La and Kiera uploaded her and installed her into a tank body which she now uses to move about. She can also project a holographic version of herself.
