Same here. To be honest though I don't have that many close friends. A lot of my friends are different ages to me and go to different schools so I don't see them on a regular basis.

I know how you feel. I had a lot of friends during my school years but after we left they all immediately got into the "getting drunk and partying every night" lifestyle, and when I told them it wasn't my sort of thing, they all just stopped talking to me. And a girl I considered a very close friend stopped talking to me because a boy she liked complimented my outfit one day. I think I'm better off without that sort of immaturity.

I only have one close friend now, and she's been there for me for 12 years, so it's safe to say she's a lifelong friend. But sadly even she lives in another city so I don't get to see her often. That's why I prefer to be at home.

I had a bunch of friends at my old school but I haven't talked to most of them since I started sixth form last year. The only friend I've really kept in touch with is a friend I've had for around 11 years now. I'll probably be moving further North for Uni next year so we'll see each other even less but hopefully we'll stll be friends after that.
