Hey, I was just wondering, how long does it take for you to make your animations?

It depends on which animation.
A rough animation that's only a couple seconds long can take me a couple of hours.
A 5 minute animation with plot, frame by framing, voice actors, and whatnot, can take me months.

nah, I don't think I'd consider rollercoasters to be a fetish of mine XD, I'm just a good old fashioned coaster geek.
Which one were you on that made you so deathly afraid of them? It's possible it was a bad one. Or that you sat in a bad spot XD
There are some coasters I've ridden, that had they been my first, I surely would of been scared away from coasters.
