Hola!
Pues uso Photoshop y una tableta Wacom.
Pero el programa es lo de menos, lo que importa es que practiques CADA DÍA, hagas tutoriales, practiques inspirándote en fotografías o ilustraciones que te gusten, y poco a poco irás encontrando tu estilo para realizar tus propias creaciones.
En serio, lo principal es la práctica y práctica y práctica, no hay mayor secreto.
