As for Photoshop advice... I'm definitely not the best person to ask for that xD I can say that it does take some practice and getting used to, and a whole lot of patience when it doesn't do what you want it to (or, like mine 'cause my computer hates me, sometimes starts being really slooow >_< ) bleh. A really good tip for getting nice lineart is to draw the picture bigger than you actually want it, then when you resize it the lines look much cleaner (that's like, the one bit of advice I can give xD I am so not good at advice.) Look at a bunch of tutorials, and you can twist and develop your own techniques from them. Just try a bunch of stuff and figure out what works for you Wow I ramble too much....
