I was thinking of cosplaying as Vriska Serket from Homestuck. I already have dark hair and I have the jeans and red converse shoes. I just need to get a grey jacket and a black shirt. Then I need to make the glasses and the horns.

Ahh, I see. Are you sure you have big enough hair for Vriska though? Hers is jet black and a big, tangled mess... As for the horns, i've seen people use paper clay and that overall looks the best because you can play with the texture.

Also, have any ideas about body paint?

I can easily dye my hair and use volume spray. And that's a good idea for the horns.
