It IS for all dA members but non-premium members cannot have an image in their comment box. They CAN, however have a url in there.

The Link System isn't exclusive to premium members. Non-premium members can use it, too. You just won't be able to put deviation thumbs in your artist's comments box.

In case you haven't done the following first, I strongly suggest you do:

1. Watch the video tutorial. It is step-by-step and with narration.
2. Read the User's Manual.
3. Look at some of the examples in our gallery. They'r ALL Linked.


All of this will take about 10-15 minutes. If you still don't understand, let us know which part is confusing. Hope you enjoy it.
