I especially like the 7D plush. It looks just like the character on the show! I know this might sound silly, but how do you make these?

I make them out of soft cuddle fabric called minky. For most of them, I draw out my own patterns. It usually takes me a few tests before I make the real thing. For the eyes and details I use an embroidery machine. I digitize the designs and have the machine stitch it out. After that, I use a sewing machine to sew the pieces together.

I'm mostly into drawing and sculpting, but I have had an idea to make a plush for myself. Is there anything you could recommend for an amateur?

Oh cool! When you're making your first plushies, I recommend using a well documented pattern. Also, start with something simple. As for fabric, I'd say start with fleece. It's soft and very cheap. Comes in lots if colors and is sold in lots of places. You can even cut up fleece blankets (I do this a lot when prototyping xD cheap IKEA blankets for the win)
