yeah, I can help you, it may be a bit tricky being as this site has updated a few times since I last uploaded an icon here but here's what you do...
make sure your icon you want to upload is 50 50 pixels in size (yeah that should be very small)
And also to be able to shrink the image smaller withought breaking up the image change the save file to JPEG
then go to your main profile page and on the line where it says *edit page - submit art - more...* click *more* then click
*edit settings*
go to the left hand corner of the page and under public click on *identity*
you should be able to take it from there if you look...
BUT!!! if the page then says there's some sort of error then tell be or you might be able to see the problem easily,
normaily it takes about a day to upload (it won't come up striaght away) but you can still turn your computer off any time you like. but don't think that it hasn't worked...
man thats alot of typing... this new system really take alot of explaining... but its much more advanced then the old... ^^ anyway, hope it helped
if it doesn't work for you let me know and I might be able to help you out with it and other things aswell...
