Um, I'm not sure, uh... well Silver is more white based so he'd be harder to color in a sense. But if you've never drawn Tikal, or Knuckles (who is fairly similar)
I would do Silver for the practice.Β
Unless of course you want to get better at drawing Tikal.

I could do both if you want. Tikal has a combination of colors on her skirt, but I do agree it's harder to color Silver

Heh heh, I had practice about 100 times before I got it right (first character I learned to draw) and I still have trouble with them.

I normally draw the expression last. When I draw them without a expression it looks weird, so I normally scribble something lightly on their face.

I usually start with a light sketch of the body pose, then work from the face down. Not with Silver though.
Never with Silver or Espio.

I start with everyone's head. Well, except for Eggman, and I probably wouldn't with Vector. (Never drawn him)
And I start all my sketches with basic shapes.Β
