uhmmm Idk xD It depends I guess. Maybe a few months but not so quickly. Photoshop really isn't the place to practice though. I prefer SAI because it doesn't make your lines look wobbly.

actually watercolor is really easy xD start out light colors then when you get the hang of it you won't be scared to add more colors to make it more vivid
