Right next to Send a Note, there's a Give button. Click on that and you  can give llamas, points, cake badges and Premium subscription! (Llamas are a one-time thing for each user-once this certain user gives it, he can't give more llamas but others can.)

You have to download from both these links and since they're on Mediafire, you can expect captchas(those hard to read code things).

As for the backgrounds, they are maps from TF2. You don't actually need TF2 to load these maps, you just have to right-click on the screen that says 'NO MAP LOADED!' and select 'Load Map'. Hope it helps.
