Plus if you like them there are also plenty of non-monk wushu/kungfu-ers. Just need to watch some wuxia (the Chinese have a whole genre for martial arts and it is wuxia). Though maybe you shouldn't a lot of wuxia is really terrible.
But yeah they're kind of crazy.

Yeah I dont know how too word that better and wuxia is terrible? And I like and seen all the different martial arts but I'm I am most fond of the Shaolin Monks and their way of life. = v=

Yeah, a lot of wuxia is pretty terrible. Psh, there are a lot of obscure martial arts that are worth a look. The shaolin monks are cool. If you're looking at kung fu, don't leave out the flying nuns. I always kind of liked Janissaries even though they're more interesting politically than as martial artists. Then the Sacred Band of Thebes is always fun. But I don't know. Mostly I'm saying I'm bad at picking favorites, I guess.
