friends from his buddy list and sent it along. The next day,

same time, he got a phone call. It said he had won the lottery!
then his
dad came home and bought him a new bike! His mom bought him

play station! His grandmother sent him a new computer, and his best
friend
gave him tickets to the concert he wanted to go to, Kid Rock and
Limp
Bizkit! Then he inherited a brand-new tv from his aunt! He was
goin' wild!
the next day his secret crush asked him out, and they have been
going out
ever since.
Now, you heard the stories. I know
which person i'd rather
be, but thats up to you. I wouldn't wanna end up like Barbra but
thats
only me. We all want what we cant have but now's ur chance to go
out with
that special somebody ur waiting for. Take it or leave it. If you

'99! As recent as that! Well, i was falling out of touch with the Sonic world by then, it only popped on the radar again when i found a Megadrive emulator and all the sonic games on the web about a year ago!
Sonic SatAM. 1993. I can't believe that was 16 years ago. Christ! I feel old!

Similar story to be ohnest my sonic world was dead when the dreamcast colapsed but reborn when i played an old sonic game and when i discovered bittorrent, damn that sonic torrent!

BitTorrent? *cringe* Too much of a security risk in my opinion! I just don't like the idea of the world having access to my machine. If you want to know what i mean, and assuming your on a windows XP system: while your bittorrent thingy is active and running, click on start, select 'Run' and type in CMD and click OK. In the black window (command prompt) type in NETSTAT This will list all the active (and recently active) connections with your machine. The more connections you have the more concerned you should be!
If i sound like i'm being paranoid then your not the first one to make that observation. Then again, a little paranoia never hurt anyone...

Woah that is scary, but reading up on it "hacking" in this area hasent taken off yet but it seems like it will, its like ebay a little i supose theres always someone out there willing to screw you. Thanks for the warning better become paranoid myself! Well at least Bittorrent is a legal program in this country!

Yeah, no probs! But it does help to be vigilant when your on the web, it seems like more and more programs that contain spyware, viruses and god knows what else, are popping up all over the place!
