I don't think I told you her first past xD
But her father was this surgeon who worked in a lab for years, but he cracked one day, and started doing experiments on Destiny/Dolly and Cody/Rags, so Destiny developed schizophrenia and thinks that she's "Dolly" and often seems like she's talking to herself. Buuut in reality DESTINY is the fake her that she built up to protect herself, and whenever she takes her meds it actually does the opposite of what it's supposed to do.
