Sorry for bothering you! But I have a problem when submitting my journal skin! Typically, we paste the CSS through the "enter text" thing, but lately when I do so it becomes a normal text and not a code.

Like, it becomes a literature-ish thing

Can anyone help me please?

(ps. I have made several journal skins before and this have never happened. But just a note, I have not made a Journal Skin since they changed the symbol, so might there be a change I do not know? )

But if I read the deviation you linked correctly, my problem will be that I did not use the share part right?

But if that is the case, i did actually use "deviantart's help" and copied the txt from there before pasting it in the enter text...

Is it still the same problem that I just do not understand or is it something different?

So you just take the CSS code and paste it there? You mentioned that it worked before, but i am totally confused lol.
In the screenshot you posted you also have this credit thing in the preview... how did you add that?

Because when i add my CSS code via "Enter text" i just see my code. but in your preview there is no code at all D:

while editing my skin I had something at the skin footer so only that appeared

Hm, i really don't understand this.

So you write your CSS code like usual and for submitting you (usually) do this: copy the written CSS code and add it after clicking "Enter Text".
But where you add that stuff for Skin footer? Right after the CSS code?

Could you maybe send me the code you try to submit? Perhabs that helps me to understand the problem.

I must admit i am totally lost here.

You have the CSS code and the HTML code for "Skin Footer", but you can't add that via "Enter Text" to get an install journal. Also where do you click "Sharing"?
We are talking about how to submit this as a free journal skin, or do you try something different?

I do it the normal way everyone does

which is why I was really lost because it used to be okay until i tried it these few days

I'm using a Mac with google chrome though, if that affects anything? though I did try with Internet explorer but it didnt work too
