I know how much you dig the Udon guys, and Chamba is the one I'm most familiar with. I saw he had commissions open and was going to get something for myself, but then you popped into my head. You've drawn a lot of things for me over the last couple years, and I know you've done so without expecting anything in return. You've also been a great friend, and I wanted to do something for you. This seems almost too small to pay you back... not to mention like a cheap way out, instead of doing something for you myself.

It's ok for the lapse; I think we've all be pretty darn busy within the last several months. Keeping your priorities straight can sometimes lead to falling behind on other aspects of your life. But it's ok, dude; we could go silent for 1 week or 1 month or 1 year - friends are friends. : >

I don't know about that, but I know that your stuff is always a pleasure to see. Always look forward to seeing more of your art (especially anything with Metroid or Samus in it is win in my book 
And I can agree there, last few months have been hectic. But with summer coming up, things will hopefully be slowing down a bit... at least they shall be for me... I think. And that's one thing that I enjoy about friends: No matter how long you don't keep in touch, there's always those that you can randomly contact again out of the blue, and continue on as if you had just done so yesterday.
