Hah I barely know myself to be honest but I can give you a tip on the matter : ) Okay to insert an image you'll wanna copy a code on your photobucket image called html code which has '' at the start. Copy that into your journal and you'll get something like

< a href="(name of file)" target="_blank">

Basicly where I put down (name file) and (file link) you can edit those parts with the info of the pic you wanna upload : ) hope this helps and if you're still having trouble pass me another message and I'll help ya : ]
