You seem to get something wrong, I don't make icons, usually, even though I'm capable of doing so.
I am mainly creating 16bit sprites, in case you are referring to those. And sure, I can make you one of those. All I need is a reference, in case you have read the update on request on the top.
And don't be shy, I love to help people out. "No" is never an answer of mine.
