To me good! Asked to assess their work so little criticism (remember that I am no expert but a self-taught hobbyist and my work will be a lot of shortcomings) CD looks really good but a bit unnatural, but I do not know what created the image, and what is its use. In the upper left there did I see that the effect of wear (scratches) so I guess that this hazy done deliberately unnatural appearance.
 You do not have to be ashamed of good icons, logos as well and I assure you that many people buy the works on special websites that offer ready-made images for webmasters and graphic designers who do not have the time to create something from scratch websites only consist of finished images or any leaflets etc .
I often do so that I have a ready-made image of the Expert and trying to create a perfect copy! Without PSD etc.
This method is very time-consuming!
But perhaps the best way in the future, for example, someone said you create from scratch Ram memory image from a computer using Photoshop and operations on layers, and you easily sit at the computer doing what it takes, and the end result is that if they took the picture of true bone Ram
And this is not done, if not perfectly mastered imaging of layers and effects that are most important.
I had also made a CD you can see the effect here [link] I recommend you try to create verbatim copies of the work of a man who calls himself (GuillenDesign Paulo Guillen) [link] and I consider him a very good graphic design and his work using the method described by me learn today.
His works do not have any imperfections are perfect! He is amazing!
