I don't know... recently I've just really been into Kaden and I don't know why. My precious babby.

I have no idea when I transitioned for Paris to Kaden though because only like a month or two ago I think I was stuck on Paris...

I keep wanting Kaden, Noire, and Ven to be from the same village/town that was attacked and they either knew eachother before the attack, saw each other breifly and recognize faces, or like Ven pulled some epic self preservation and Hero skills and like dragged them both to a safe place after such devistating loses.

I feel that Kain and Haru def knew each other, and Kain got angry at everything because they are all casual and shit and like 'oh, that village was attacked? hmm' and Kain throws a fit and is just like "People are dying! Have died! and we're just sitting here drinking tea!?" And his parents who are pushovers in the first place are just like 'what CAN we do Kain' and Kain can't contemplate that line of thinking so he leaves without telling anyone.

Noire wouldn't be questioned, even if he didn't suffer a loss, his face has a tone that means he's serious fucking business.

Kain would be questioned but he wouldn't even flinch and answer honestly and be completely monotonous.

Ven would be questioned simply because he doesn't look nearly as stony and he'd answer with something like "I saved people that who meant nothing to me because I knew they were worth more than Titan food, I want to be properly equipped when I do it again."

You made me imagine Ven saving Kaden and then Kaden following him around like a puppy XD

I imagine a lot of people underestimate Kaden because he seems like the type who can't take a hit, but he's swift and nimble and can most definitely take a hint. So he's a nervous wreck, but I feel like when it comes to actually doing what needs to be done he's fine. And I almost imagine like he ends up sparring with this guy during training and he's like this big guy who expects to take him down in one hit, but he punches Kaden and Kaden barely flinches and ends up knocking him down and pinning him. and when everyone's impressed by how he didn't falter he's just innocently like "I-I'm used to s-such pain. Y-You w-w-w-would need to do m-more then that t-to get me o-out."


I have so many conflicting feelings with Kaden being Kaden but like just I keep imagining him as such a bad ass here. his strengths are swiftness, his weakness is stregnth and confidence.

That is far more cute than it has a right to be.

Kain's strength is planning out his next move and predicting his opponent so he's really at a loss when things go unexpectedly. But like he can hold his own as long as he is aware of everything, like if a titan is intellegent. His weakness is that his instincts are unreliable (which is why he needs a plan or to think ten steps ahead) once again though, he can easily adjust plans as long as he isn't is immediate danger.

Noire is agile and fast and really good with the 3d maneuvers, Where Kain plans Noire completely follows instinct and is almost a bit animalistic. His problem is that if he sees someone else struggling he will drop what he's doing and save them (REALLY bad at taking and following orders)

Ven is really good with the blades but sucks at zipping around and shit and would rather be on the rooftops than using the maneuvers, He has a fear of flying but not heights.

Paris is very loud and attention seeking so I almost feel like when it comes to fighting titans he baits them mostly while others attack from behind. I feel like he's great at using the 3D maneuvers but lacks in the actual fighting department

and Haru is surprisingly a decent fighter, but instead of being a designer of clothes I'm tempted to make him really into the designs of their weapons and stuff and constantly work on making their things better or making new weapons to use. and no one knows how this rich kid became such a mechanic, and he's just like "yeah well when you're rich you get bored a lot and tinker."

Kaden is a loyal puppy, he doesn't get a crush until later, but he does start out with undying loyalty since Ven saved his life.I imagine as soon as Kadens all healed up if Ven wasn't like the type to visit this random kid who lost his mom or something, Kaden finds him and follows him around and offers to help him with stuff. and Ven's like "woah kid you don't have to do all this. I know I saved your life but you're not indebted to me or anything" and Kaden's just like "I-I know... B-But Y-You saved me... A-And now I have n-nothing. N-No familly.. or home... I-I w-w-w-want to help you w-w-with anything I can... I-I hope I'm not a b-burden."

Ven would just hug him suddenly and be like "sorry.. I know I'm a stranger.. I just, I'm sorry for your loss, but you don't have nothing, you have me now and you have grumpy over there with the scarf" 

I imagine Noire wasn't really hurt and neither was Ven but for whatever reason they both checked on Kaden while he was healing up. also Noire got the scarf because Svenya dropped it as she was being picked up. Noire was fucking dumbass stupid enough to go back for it (Enter Ven pulling Heroic shit while already pulling Kaden along )

The hug would be the last think Kaden would be expecting and he wouldn't know what to say because that was a bit sappy but also kinda nice but also embarassing and yay he's not alone and wow these guys are nice, and what do you say for something like this. So he'd just nod.

Also part of me is tempted that in this AU his stutter is a side effect of being attacked by the titan. Gets nerve damage and maybe a concussion and afterwards he has a stutter, so for once it's not psychological but physical. 

and so If Kaden was talked to during the training thing, he'd be nervous, but his stutter would be because he litterally can't not stutter. and I imagine the guy being like "Cat got your tongue? What's got you so scared, boy? Me? Because There's a lot worse out there then me and if you can't handle me, you're not going to make it!" or something like that. And of course Kaden can't answer that easily because fucking stutter and on the spot and a person with a stutter on the spot is never good. So I'd imagine Ven is next to him and is just like "Sir! Kaden has had a stutter ever since a Titan crushed his house on him and ate his mother sir! His Stutter isn't out of fear, but of survival!" (I just added the part where it ate his mother as kinda a fuck you sir, how do you feel now XD) and then aftr that the guy leaves Kaden alone and moves to Ven.

I feel like Noire doesn't talk a lot in this AU because of the trauma he went through, so Kaden has a physical stutter and Noire doesn't use his words a lot unless with Ven or Kaden and it's a psychological thing where he just doesn't have a lot to say, but he would be glaring daggers at the man as he was taunting Kaden about his stutter. (He totes comes out of his shell to ask Haru why the fuck he's even here)

and yes, Ven would totally say all that as a fuck you good sir. and because he's talking back he gets attention directed on him and has that sass of 'I'm here to officially kick some ass and take some names" I feel like the dude wouldn't like Ven's attitude toward him so he makes him run until he can't feel it anymore.. meanwhile Noire is the one that is told to do something and he starts to do it but then he does it his own way because fuck you.

I like how the guy taunts Kaden and he gets two menacing guys giving him "Fuck you sir"'s

Also Kaden totally lies about his age and enters a year before he reaches the correct age. And no one besides possibly Ven and Noire know, until he meets his dad. and his dad's like "you can't be my son, if I had a son with Cade he'd only be X years old. and KAden would be like "Y-Yeah about th-that... I l-lied about m-my age s-so I could m-m-meet you."

also when Confronted Haru would be like "W-Well... Since I met you my view on everything has changed... I had never seen anything really besides the pristine life of being rich, and if my happiness comes from everyone below me who works so hard. I feel like I should help protect them and give back you know? Like... I just... I feel like unless I help our villages, then it's shameful to use our wealth and to ignore all of those around us. My mother was very against me joining, and my father supported me, though I think he only did because if I became a general or higher then it would be honorable to say he has a son who is a general you know? B-but that's besides the point.

Also I like how Noire would barely talk in this AU, but Haru would still talk way too much.


Also Kaden and Noires relationship is even cuter now because we have a quiet guy with the guy who doesn't speak too much when he doesn't have to due to their stutter. So they're just cutie quiet buddies.

and also while I often ship them I feel like because of that similarity I can't ship them here and ship Kaden with Ven even more lol.

also Paris gets punished a lot because he's really bad at following orders. Like in a battle he'd be fine but with things like what to clean or doing certain excersizes he's just really bad at following order because fuck that.

yeah no I still ship them, but like a little less. But they'd be so cute if they were a couple who almost never spoke to eachother but just held hands and stuff and knew what the other was thinking.

Sometime later Ven would find Haru (complete stranger sits down beside him and is kind of tall and was the guy who cut the instructor dude with words) and just give him a warm smile and start messing with the straps and is just like "Y'know, I think Noire cares about you more than he's cared about any person in the world.. aside from maybe his mom." and if Haru gives him a look or even has a response he'd just continue like he didn't hear him. "I mean, when Kaden and I wanted to join he was pretty much okay with it, I actually think he thinks he's here to keep an eye on us. But the moment he saw you he had this look in his eyes I've never seen before." at this point he'd look at Haru meaningfully "He had quite a bit to say to you about it too. See I don't really think he's bitter 'cause you're here or cause you have a family or that you've never seen a titan. If anything I think he's more worried about you than he is himself or even me and Kaden. Just don't write his anger off as indignation." and with that he'd just get up and head into the dorms

also is it bad that because Kadens really open when he's drunk I imagine when he wants to try something new and it involves him offering the idea to Ven sometimes he'll ask to get drunk first because it will make it less embarrassing for him or like he has something he wants to tell Ven but it's a secret until they get drunk or something.

It wouldn't be a common thing whatsoever, but occasionally he'll use getting drunk as a method to get more embarassing or awkward things out with less stress.
Most thing he'll just power through normally.

kk so randomly thinking up some more homestuck boys.
Kain's planet is totally Land of Monochrome and Poison. where it totally has the ability to be REALLY dangerous it's really pretty peaceful. and also boring looking because all blacks and whites and the colours that ARE there are shades of purple and green. whatever his land is filled they are probably poisonous but kinda boring, they accept Kain easily because his hair is purple and he is quiet and shit. His quest bed sticks right the fuck out thanks to it being bright ass orange and yellow.

Noire's is called Land of Mist and Flight. the planet is literally all mountains and no Valleys, anything that isn't a mountain peak is basically a death drop. all villages are on mountain slopes or in caves. Noire never finds his questbed on his land, he ascends to gt through his dreamself.

Ven I'm sticking with the Aqua and Magma theme, what isn't water is a surprisingly dormant Volcano (the only one that is active is the one that would cause the scratch) and little islands that are covered in bustling cities. His quest bed is found on an island that is secluded and hidden in the middle of a ring of volcanoes. Ven's land would be hard to navigate without a boat.

Aside from that though. I find it funny that Kain's dream self is most likely awake before the game session and is very interested in the happenings in Derse and Prospit. Noire would have the hardest time with the dreamself, it's already hard enough to wake your dreamself, but Noire is an insomniac which makes it ten times harder, any sleep he does get is exhaustion ridden. I feel like he is awoken because he's killed in game and someone kisses him but then theres also a problem on Derse and the Ater splinter that merges with him just kinda rushes him to his quest bed and it's all a big rush until he actually his gt.

also, I realized that Kaden must have Land of ______ and Frogs and then laughed because wasn't Kaden the one who gets a froakie eventually? and Noire helping him with the frogs is a really cute picture in my head cause I imagine Ven and Haru aren't there so it's just Noire and Kaden bonding over dumb squishyslimy frogs.

Kaden and Noire having bonding times with frogs would be great.

this is a different game so things go different, but if something like what happens in HS happens where Kaden were to kill Noire by accident. I'm pretty sure Kaden would hate himself for ever and if Noire came back all god tier or dreamself or whatever, Kaden would just be the happiest damn kid on earth.

Oh gosh ;A; I can't even imagine how much Kaden would be freaking out and just like messaging Ven and Haru and generally really worried and upset and then either one of the troll!pokes(prolly Ater) or Kain messages him and is just like "K I know you're freaking out rn, but if you want to fix this you're going to have to kiss him"

I almost feel like Kaden would just slam his face against ven like a headbutt and hurt himself because of how awkward kissing him would be.
