Holy cow - I am way, way sorry. You proved yourself and I am glad you did. I'm sorry it got blown out of proportion, but all I wanted was to either be proven correct or be proven wrong. And you did just that. I could have put a violation up, but decided to see what you said and man am I glad I did. I doubt I can make it up to you, but do know I am supr sorry. One of my watchers came across it and was adament that the photo was mine and had been ripped. Taima's a pretty whale and I guess photos of her (yeah, she is a girl though ) can often look alike.

If there is anyway I can make amends, please let me know.

just a piece of advice to people who think there art is being stolen

1. send them a note explaining themselves
2. wait at least a week or two to give them a chance to explain
3. very simple step report the violation to deviantart (if there is a violation they WILL take care of it)

Yeah, it did get blown out of proportion, as does every art thirft but Taima is in the same tank all the time and she doesn't change size since she's past being mature. Just about ever picture any takes of her in the underwater viewing is about the same. Anyways everyone should have taken a closer look at the two. There are obvious differences. Sorry that your page got all mucked up.
