I have a question about what program u use to maybemake the clothes or edit them ? Or do you just draw the outfit on paper and then cut it out? lol thannks

I usually just draw them with copic liners on paper, scan them in and do the coloring, but for some like the 27 Dresses Remake everything is done on PS, even the lines.
