I know how it feels. I got my work stolen once when it wasn't even anything worth stealing. It's just sad how they always try and hide it. They say it's not the crime that gets ya, it's the cover up.

Yeah, the guy got banned a long time ago. He stole more work from my bud ~elnefashu , though.

A plethora of his work has already been reported. All we have to do is wait for the authorities to respond. It'll happen sooner than you think, if you don't sweat it too much.

That is really lame how he's using them as Naruto "OC"'ss though.

Copy and paste any image URL into this bad boy, and it'll tell you where the image came from. It's still incomplete, so for lesser-known images, it won't always work, but it beats rifling through Photobucket and Google.

The authorites do IP ban people, but only in cases of repeated abuse of the system. I don't know if Little Miss Klepto will give up before she gets IP banned or vice versa, though.

I doubt there's actually any chance that DA will ban her though, just because she has over a million pageviews, and so she's a sort of featured attraction here. Teruchan probably could've got banned several times for his lolicon stuff, but was only suspended.

I really wish that whoever got !Raimyu banned would strike again. That guy did us all a huge favor. XD

Well, now that I think about it, I guess that if we started kicking people out because their art "wasn't good enough", then the place would turn elitist pretty fast, like ConceptArt, or Manga Revolution before membership was open to anybody.

But it really does bother me when a stereotypical animu drawing gets 100+ favorites when there are people that actually try to get better that go around being ignored. It's not about the attention, but I think that a lot of recognition on this site is being misplaced. When Lavender Ice is getting on the front page just as easily as Genzoman, something isn't right here.

Though it's not necessarily kicking people out because they aren't "good enough." More like kicking people out because they're stealing art or consistently posting art that violates dA rules.

This isn't what DA's submission categories are for. On the other hand, there's nothing wrong with having a DA account that doesn't submit anything. Plenty of people join just to collect favorites and talk to other artists.
