Well that key shaped staff of hers ran out of power and she was unhappy about it. She can no longer rule the world and of course she did what a lot of villains did. Cry a long loud: "NOOOOOOO!"

Even her time ruling the world was 1 month long what do villians like her do after they can no longer rule the world?

I see thats a classic line for a villain

From what i see in such power, a great vacuum is created
where another greater villain will seize such a chance
which often results in the new villain been more of greater threat
