Oh wow! I'm not even sure where to help you start. You could try the DAZ3D site and look for a program called DAZ|Studio. You may also want to look up a program called wings 3D as well. Both programs have tutorials with them. Above all, be patient! This stuff take a bit of time to learn.

True. But the final image is a result of several processes involving a variety of programs, not just Poser. And he owns in them all! (I understand he even did some of them, actually...)
