Well, both are great anime, IMHO, but I'm not sure how to fit Ranma into 5Ds or Yu-Gi-Oh!-verse very well, either...Digimon, I imagine Ranma getting Falcomon->Ravemon or something similar.
Although it'd be interesting, though a bit difficult, to make a completely new Digimon line for his Partner and/or Spirit.
In other news, I could always have Ranma be an Avatar, or be possessed by, Andromalius, the final demon mentioned in Solomon's Keys. Andromalius is said to look like an attractive young man with fiery red hair carrying a snake and/or whip whose job is to punish thieves, reveal stolen goods to the rightful owner, and other related things.
Could work well with a multi-cross.
