(Well, good thing I still kept it!) I will tell you the Statistics first!!
TM's STRENGTH is Off the Charts (the Max is suppose to be 30 Stars) His strength is Unmatched, nobody can Surpass his strength or Equal it (maybe MM) He is able to Move a Mountain (Mt. Colossal is his Home, it's 6x taller than Mars's own Olympus Mons) his legs Also Equal his strength and Maybe more.
TM's SPEED is two Stars, Even though he is supposed to move to about 200mph, he can only move to 45mph, it's because his planet is mostly covered in Sorta Soft Soil (a few parts of land is solid rocky Mountains) and because he weighs MORE than a ton, that makes it worse, he just ends up tripping over, and falling. So he prefers to jump to get his prefered speed about +145mph not exact, but good enough. He does this by entering one of his Two modes Bound Mode & Locomotion Mode. Bound mode lets him hop about his height of 50ft and a length of more than half a football field. In Locomotion Mode, he can jump EVEN Higher and Longer. Now he acquired Quantum Leap Mode, Can jump to space!
TM's SPECIAL is seven Stars. His Special Ability is to grow to 90 ft. and shrink to 10ft. The Large one is for Bigger enemies. The Smaller one is for humans, Aliens, Animals, Avatars, and Size restriction.
TM's SMARTS is Ten Stars. TM is a Strategic Thinker (like an Army General) He will Try and think of a way to defeat his enemy if his own way doesn't work. He often gives his friends and family a fighting chance to join the fray by giving them orders on how to fight.
TM's NRG Use is twenty Stars, NRG is actually a Homonym for Energy, Because he has so much strength and he is Large, He has to keep it up By eating Food (real food is burned up when eaten) breathes in Air to mix with the fuel, (and somtimes Water) and he drinks Oil to make a liquid medium to burn with, He prefers drinking perfectly aged oil [with alcohol], his favorites are: Chateau's special Petraux Margaux, PΓ©trusoline, RomanΓ©e Keronsi, 2986 Blue Diesel, and Omega-3. He drinks more than 30-80 Gallons to the mile, and eats to almost 100-500 lbs of food. (If empty, he becomes sluggish)
[Yeah My robots have the senses of humans, but better since they're robots. They Eat & drink for fuel. Sight, is stronger, more than (1% is for humans) 100% of light is used for great detail. Smell, (Yeah that too) is about 8x powerful used for detection and safety. Hearing, uses all the frequencies (Humans can up to 20,000Htz and low to 20htz) used for alertness, and detection. Touch, (you'd think they can't feel?) used to detect damage done from battle.]
TM's ENDURANCE is a MAX of 30 Stars. His Iron Hide (no pun intended) is Thick, Extremely Durable, and One of the strongest Metals ever made. By combining Diamond, Iron, and a few more creates Manriquezium, is use for Super Protection. Dymanite is used for his head, it's a Glass Metal. Flexic is use for his Hands and Joints. Dragonite is for his Feet and Orb. And Echo-Rolo is a Special Metal only found in the Echo Ocean used for his Insides and the Hammerspace projector (located on his hands), the HSP is a program used for Containment, he can Unleash it by either shooting it out, or using a gesture or pose, He can also use Hard Light Technology and a Hologram Program built into it to create new weapons or stuff.

First of all. Daleks were made in the 1950s not the 2000s 2nd of all Dr who is a sci-Fy Britain show. #rd of all its an alien. You don't know how Torque is designed, he can Jump Surreally High! after he defeated Saturn(one of the Planet Masters) he acquired the "Quantum Leap" ability, it's even higher then his Locomotion mode.
