Put simply, DeviantArt doesn't belong to you. The people that own DeviantArt have established rules for use, codified in FAQ #565 (help.deviantart.com/565/ ). It's what they want. When you joined DeviantArt, you agreed to the Terms of Service. In the ToS, you agreed to follow their rules.

Now, you can paint it however you want. However, rules are rules. By posting images of erections, people are violating those rules. Rules which you, and everyone else here, agreed to. Flaccid penises are almost never reported, since they're NOT against the rules.

No one says you have to like the rules, but if you're going to post here then you have to follow them. If you don't wish to follow them, then you don't post here. There are literally millions of other internet sites where you can post your images, and you can even start your own site if you want.

Why do people like me report images like that? It's not because we're prudes or repressed or anti-male or any of the claptrap that gets posted. It's simply because we like DeviantArt. This site gives people an opportunity to post their art in a venue that is readily viewable. Every violation of the rules brings the integrity of the site down, and no one here wants to see it become a porn site.

There isn't any hate involved in what I'm writing, simply fact. Raging against 565 won't get you anywhere, and the rules won't be changed until the owners themselves choose to change them. It's that simple. Any anger you might have developed can be used as fuel for your next project, turning it into something that benefits you rather than something that consumes you.

I wholly expect this comment to be hidden, reported as spam, or derided with pithy comebacks and angry, negative statements. It really doesn't bother me. The fact that I'm having to write this to you means that you're one of hundreds of artists that simply didn't understand the true meaning of DeviantArt. I hope you learn it one day.

Deviant should also not be to you. And to act as a censor, you have to have knowledge and intuition. I understand what a censor. Rather than mindlessly - Regulations covering post reported under good photos. But to see them you have to have knowledge and intuition. And not only convinced of its case.

And you're wrong - lower level gallery of people like you who do not know how to recognize a good photo. Only erection, erection and that's enough for you. It is sad. Destroying gallery. I do it with pleasure, unable to create anything like it.
That I hope that you will learn that art is not uniform and so that you invent.
