Well, I can't give a perfect summary of Luna 1/2, but Lunacracy is still up.
Both stories focus on what would've happened if Luna had ended up in The Pit during Ranma's Nekoken "training" and becomes Ranma's best friend/sister/mother figure.
Luna 1/2 even featured a Tentacle-Girl Youma that ended up being room-mates with Ranma and Luna...in a small apartment.

Meh, if I were to write anything with Erio, it'd be a harem with Caro, Lutecia, maybe Cinque, and a few others. However, I don't really know much about Erio's personality, which is what I usually focus on when I want to write something.
But I really want to write a Ranma and Digimon or Pokemon crossover. I think either could be interesting, and I can't say that I've seen many Ranma/Digimon crossovers.
I'm also starting classes again this week, so I'm not sure how much time I'll have.
