So, umm as I said I'm bad at giving critique but I'll give it a try! What first pops into my eye is the sudden change of lining style - for a picture to look nice and complete you want the style of the art to stay the same: The heads are drawn with blurry lines but the rest is not. For a very colourful and simple style I recommend keeping with a sharp line throughout the entire piece. Also the expressions and heads are really good but the anatomy of the bodies need work, that adds to the look where it seems like the heads are drawn on a different style than the rest of the picture.
For a minecraft theme the bright colours and simple background elements do actually fit, but when it comes to possible future drawings I'd suggest adding someting else to the horizon than just a straight line of the field ending (it's very rare to be in a place where there's just a field in the horizon, generally you see trees there, perhaps buildings or even mountains) Also the tree branch is very strange, it looks dead and cropped from the tip since there's no smaller branches or leaves on it, you could've continued the branch upwards and add it holding leaves that connect with the rest of the tree, this way the branch would also look strong enough to hold a character hanging from it.
I'd suggest practising overall anatomy of humans (and animals, so you can then merge them for a cool anthro look), sketch a lot and daily, look at references - if you want to get better really quickly that is (the more you draw the faster you get better). And practise the tools in the drawing program you use, see which ones look good together and what kind of ways of working are the handiest to use, for example if you have layers available start with 4 layers containing: lineart-colours-background-sketch in that order from top to bottom.
