That's drums and guitar. Just look right for drums. Each pad is color coded, left to right for simplicity. The orange stripe is a bass pedal hit. Have fun looking at the first 2 minutes. That's an instrumental called "Foreplay", played before "Long Time", which is the rest of the song. >_>

On Foreplay, you have to do a drum sticking technique called a Puhduhduh. Or something. It's basically RLLRLLRLLRLL. R being the G or B notes, and L being all of the reds. Your brain will appreciate the simplicity of syncing your right hand with your foot. I know it does for me. The rest isn't incredibly hard. Just a relatively simple bass beat and a very common drum beat. It's still pretty hard. One of the upper tier songs.

You can just bounce your stick off the snare and strike it twice. Snare being the red on Rock Band. It's harder on the real RB set.
