PIXIE please help me on LG ;_;

1. Do I have to make an RP account and then post the character bio for the journal?
2. It says to PM ninjar-pirate, but it also says post on the forum thread [link] . What do I do first? Do I wait for him to accept it and then post on the forum?
3. What should I do for the relationship thing on the character bio, since my character is new?
