Because I'm still working on them! It's a difficult process... I draw them on paper, scan them in, trace them with Anime Studio and colour them with GIMP. All only using a single pencil of questionable sharpness and the normal trackpad on my laptop. It takes a while! I'll upload the finished piece once I have the human character and the in-training and rookie forms of the digimon totally done That said, I think I'll put the first draft of the in-training form up if it'll please you

Gimp is freeware. It's not perfect, if you have Photoshop already I'd stick to that tbh [link]

Oooh and we watched the film version of Time of Eve, which is a very beautifully animated story about the near future, when androids pervade normal life, and the moral dilemmas of keeping them as slaves. The film is basically a compression of the whole series, so you should be able to find the original Very funny too.

If you can get hold of some films, Redline is a pretty funny racing movie. It has a paper-thin plot, but the visuals are stunning (although mind-fucking might be a more appropriate adjective for them )

At the anime club we've watched 4 episodes each of three anime, which are all really awesome in their own way:

Nichijou: Absolutely hilarious comedy that just follows some random people around in a slightly surreal world. Definitely worth a watch.

Puella Magi Madoka Magica: A very dark, grim Magical Girl anime set in the near future. Truly brilliantly done but not very uplifting. (If you watch this one don't you dare spoil it for me, I'm up to ep4 )

Bunny Drop: Mega-cute anime about a young single businessman who takes in a 6-year-old girl who's believed to be his grandfather's illegitimate offspring. The plot revolves around the various hijinks involved in raising a child and the search for her mother. Like I say, mega-cute, also well written and funny.

And that's the only anime fix that I get these days

yeh i know no spoilers r allowed, its really cute tho i started watching nichijou, but the 2nd episode wasnt working, and the 1st 1 was just plain wierd so I havent got very far with that... :S do u know where i can get the bonus episode,cause its not on anime freak ?? thinking of watching the magic-y 1 u suggested, or ao no exorsist, which 1 should i watch 1st??? xx

Yes, Nichijou is mega-weird but do stick with it, it is hilarious Goat-boy ftw!
And hmmm, it depends on what mood you're in... They're both fairly serious anime. Ao is gorier but Puella is much much heavier. Watch them both!

Ha ha, it is a little unhealthy Meh, at least you don't have the horrific suspense of having to wait a week for the next episode. It's annoying, but it's how they're designed to be! It's particularly bad with Puella, so you probably won't find it as nail-munching as I have been

And seriously, we watched episodes 5+6 tonight of our various series. Nichijou ep5 has arguably the best scene of any anime EVAR!! I'm not going to spoil it for you, but it does involve a deer and the principal of the school
