there's a link to a mediafile download that has the models from Daikaiju collosium, all of them are in dae format and have rigs, so all you'd have to do is port em to MMD

You could try asking MMD charizard, and the process I do it with shouldn't be no different. However I don't know the requirements for an MMD model, therefore, at the very most I can offer is a source
