Hannah's Kind of a Big Deal
People always looked in her direction. She hated always being the center of attention but she understood why people looked. That didn’t mean that she liked it any better. Hannah wished that she could just stay at home, that she didn’t have to go to school every day but her parents both thought it was better for their daughter if she got some kind of interaction with people.
She disagreed strongly and yet here she was again trying to get through the crush of students so that she could make it to her science class. Her long strides were cut into little choppy steps with so many people in the hallways between classes. Her only saving grace was that she had a top locker and so she didn’t have to stoop so low to change out books that she would need with those that she was finished with for the day.
This was her senior year and really she only had a couple of weeks left in this public school hell. Hannah was looking forward to getting away from her daily torment. People wou

The air was a little on the ripe side. Stephanie wasn’t sure where the smell was coming from but she didn’t want to be the girly girl and bust her best friend out for being a relatively shitty house keeper.
Chase after all was basically her oldest friend in the world, and technically speaking the only friend she had that could understood her quirks, put up with her almost non stop sarcasm, her almost encyclopedic knowledge of all things movies and pop culture from basically the mid to late 1950’s all the way through the present, as well as her almost neurotic obsession with binge watching shows and movie series.
Chase was the only person that didn’t make her want to claw her own ears and eyes out when they talked about the subjects that she was most passionate about. He was also a huge secret to everyone else in her life. Then again so was this whole side of her life and personality.
