If I was in her shoes, I'd feel damn guilty about it and I'd immediately apologize and start over.

I understand what you're saying, but-
Credit is absolutely useless if the original maker forbids you from using it, and I forbid her from using the layout.
Also, you make it seem like it's not stressful for me, too. I was just stolen from. So I'm panicky, I'm stressed. And her calling me an idiot and whatnot is not helping.
She's not complying to what I'm asking for, I'm asking her to change the layout but she isn't doing so. I also don't like my name stolen from, the name that I spent a while trying to create, something creative and unique. So I don't appreciate that either.
