go to downloads, then flash templates, and theres two preloaders there for you to download

btw all i did for my loading screen for my shit is download newgrounds' preloader and edit the crap out of it in the symbol editor and whatnot

so yeah just download a preloader that some site has up and edit the crap out of it, make it your own.
