Hey there... well, I'm from Portland but am currently living in Berlin, Germany. That picture was taken in Germany . There's another train picture in my gallery that *was* taken in Oregon though. You should check it out. It's in Tillamook, the place where the best cheese in the US comes from! There were only a few trains though. I'll be uploading some more of the ones in Germany here shortly. It was kind of like heaven for me...

yes! I've been through Tillamook! On our way from Portland to Lincoln City last spring. My friend and I were visiting the college we'll be going to.

Oh I bet Germany's pretty awesome. My dad's from there, so are my grandparents - they've told me about it.

Oh yeah? Which college? I go to Portland State and am studying abroad in Germany for a year starting in September

Tillamook is pretty interesting... huge air museum, cheese, and home of the Tillamook Cheesemakers... potentially the dumbest name for a high school football team ever!

Boy I'd like to study abroad... I wonder if they have foreign exchange programs to Australia. XD

I remember that giant Air Museum, it stood out a lot, we almost went to it.

Yeah, it stands out a LOT. I went there for my fathers day with my family when they were visiting. He's a huge plane nerd. Pretty interesting place though.

Do you have family in Oregon?

Man, the Art Institute would be a sweet place to go to school. If I were talented enough I would surely consider it .

Portland State definitely has exchange programs to Australia, but I don't know if The Art Institute schools do exchanges. Never looked into it . Actually, now that I think about it... all of the Oregon State schools go through OSU for their exchange programs and I'm pretty sure the private schools do as well. It's very possible that you could get to Australia without too much hassle .

No I don't have any family there. Heck I don't even have any friends there. I just really like it there.

And wow, that would be awesome. I'd love it if that were possible.

Currently I'm in Berlin, but I'll be in Stuttgart starting in September when school starts.

That's how I moved to Portland . Didn't know anyone but loved the city. You won't regret it one bit. If/when I come back, you'll know someone . When do you start at the AI?
