if you've got any problem with your avatar picture, after you resized your picture in photoshop go to file> save for web and devices

well, I don't think that it works for my hair as my hair is dark brown, I tried shadow/highlight option on image>adjustments.. it's probably working this way..of course I'm not gonna upload a picture with pink hair ANYWHERE)
