Yes because I myself am disabled. So is my dad. We can't stay with my granny anymore due to certain circumstances that made it unsafe for us to stay. I'll be okay though but when I'm more stable and not using savings to kill time I will more than happily buy a commission from you depending on the prices.

It means you don't get paid by the hour. You charge a flat rate for each thing you are doing for someone be it art or something else.
