Not much right now, it has less features than Avatar ROM but it's completely compatible with MIUI themes so no porting necessary. From what I can tell they're aiming to make a faster, better Avatar-like ROM. It was officially released about a month ago so it's not really stable or polished yet. Just something to watch out for.

Okay I just finished trying out Avatar ROM myself so now I can compare using my own person experience. Basically Avatar ROM is CM10 with more themes and bloat. It basically has a theme store with CM10 themes converted from MIUI. It also has a lot of bloat apps and and I experienced a lot of random FC's and some when I navigated the settings. Chameleon OS is a lot more stable, it uses .mtz theme files, and it's a lot faster. The only downside is you can't theme the lockscreen yet using MIUI themes.

Nice, great review G4! Obviously the camera isn't as great as Sense, but how is CM10 camera overall?

Actually it's pretty average. The camera is working better than it did on CM10 before. (I'm pretty sure they fixed some things) and still colors aren't as vibrant as the sense camera but other than that it's okay. The interface takes some getting used to but since it's so quick it's the first phone camera app that I've been able to change the contrast, flash mode, etc. without missing a shot.

but I have a question! Where I must copy the background.png (Wallpaper Dock!) that it will work?
If i copy the .png in com.android.launcher it will not work on MIUI v4!
Can you help me? Wan't the room dock on cMiui!

I'm not sure since they (MIUI) have changed the framework around. Check out the XDA forums for more help.
