That's because you're not an actual member of the red ink pirates.To contribute art,you have to be an active member. We submit your art for you,and once you get a promotion you'll be added as a contributor and be able to submit your art :]
though the whole thing is still under construction,so you'll have to wait a bit

yes,but it has to be your oc that will work in our crew.It doesn't have to be your oc,it can be you as well in a draw. We need it,so that we can post your bounty and know who you are. When you finish the pic of your oc/yourself as a pirate or one piece oc e.t.c we'll fave it and submit it to our crew (if you wish),and add you as an official member. Before you draw,you have to pick one of the potitions that exist here [link]
or create a potition that you believe that suits you/your oc the best
