1) You usually have to want an open a state or Canadian province in order to join; (We do have a few provinces open and one state ;3) but we've never had a person wanting to join just to submit fanart 
2) We're pretty much like a huge family; however, a lot of people like to pair certain states together 
3) We gotta steal some underpants sometime
