Cool glad to have you on this platform then :3 I dabbled in amino for a while but haven't done much there and FB is just we're I post my art so I don't use it much~ but I understand the transition can be weird X3 but DA is fun and meeting the right people, the community is nice

Yeah...with the amino theres only one I'm active in, but it's only for sonic related content. and with fb only friends and family can see my work ^^' so its not really the best place in terms of exposure

Oh! I have a Tumblr it's not a bad place, just depends on what you dabble in or who you talk to on there -3-)

I tend to spam things I like or think are super funny, but I do at times post my work (since it's connected to my Instagram as well!)

Ehhh, i have one but I find it to be kind of difficult ^^' i geuss it's the mechanics of it I'm not used to. I've noticed more artists are using instagram and twitter, but i think I'll stick with DA for now

I totally get it~ when I first started Tumblr it was sort of confusing a @ but it felt a lot like Instagram I think that's why I got used to it a bit quicker than I thought~

Just a few months. Lately though its been a little slower for me in the art department, but ive loved discovering new artists (you included ^w^) and features on the website
I've visited DA for years, but i wasnt allowed to have one untill I was old enough, and when I finally was I kept putting it off (mostly cuz i was preoccupied with amino)

I'm not surprised. School life and art life definitely like to clash a lot lol
Though for some weird reason, I usually feel MORE motivated to do art when I'm in school XD

As for my bud, she's not really that active on here, but whenever she gets a social media (pinterest, amino, facebook, etc.) I've always kinda just followed her lead lol (save for a few exceptions)

I drew a lot when I was a kid as well! It was something I did for fun then once I got into college it became my major! I've enjoyed making art~ (espcially making it for others)

My dad was an artist but non of my older siblings took on his passion for art except me so I think that was a contributor for my push to do art! :3 although my dad didn't get to find a job with his art it's something my dad once in a while does in his spare time

Do you plan on doing anything with your art in the future? (Is it a hobby, so you want to get a job with art? Etc...?)

Sure hopefully! I don't really want to/plan on going to art school (im going to a bible college), but I like the idea of becoming an illustrator or concept artist, though I'm open to whatever else the future has to offer ^^

Oooooo an illustrator? that's something I wish I could have done in college but sadly the program was cut before I even got there ;3; but you should totally try out to do that your work would totally fit into the category :3

That's a real shame :/ maybe they had to fit in another course?
And yeah prettt much you're obviously learning more in depth about the bible and theology, but they have different branches of courses you can take. For example, my brother took media production as his main course, so he basically learned about the technical arts and how to run cameras and such. Or you can learn about childcare and wellness, or you can go into music, etc. It's not the biggest school ever and it doesn't have everything, but you're not learning just about bible and theology. Though it's definatly a plus

From what I could tell from being there for almost 5 years they took it out to focus more on the fine arts (sculpture, photo, painting, drawing, graphics, etc...)
SO there wasn't much of a place to really expand except I really loved taking my illustrative skills into printmaking!

Super fun but sadly I got into the class right during my graduation time (and I didn't have the money or the patience to really stay longer in school to major in it ;3; )

Huh! Well I'm glad the college has more to give than just classes focusing on the Bible (and I would agree it's a plus to have a school willing to go deeper into it all X3 )

But that's cool the that your Bro was able to learn more about media production   Has he finished school or still working on it?
